I am trying to access the TJC database from home and everytime I login with the correct username and password I get this message, "Sorry, we were unable to verify your username and password." It also shows my IP address and A#. Please help!
Please try some tips. Go to the main library page--tjc.edu/library--and click Subject Guides (about a quarter-way down the page). Try any guide--most of them have a Help tab with a drop-down menu that includes Technical Support. The tips there provide things you can try in order to get access. Overall, be sure that the password you're using is 8 digits--the last four of you A number, and your year if birth.
