Our library uses Dewey Decimal Classification for most books. Each book is marked with a number that starts with three digits (there may be more digits after the decimal point). The numbers stand for subject categories. Books are arranged on the shelves in order, which helps keep similar subjects together. If a book has a Dewey Decimal number, then the number is provided in the Online Card Catalog. Please see a librarian for help locating a book.
